A short talk on three core Great Work ideas: how to get more done by working less hard, mastering stress, and why some teams thrive when the going’s tough.
Nice! About teams, it helps to have a leader who can direct the energies of the people on the team who don't see the big picture. And not everyone is cut out to be such a leader. I found out the hard way I was not such a leader, when I led a small charity and couldn't direct people. Good lessons for me. And I like how you describe "businesslike" and "kind" in that matrix. In my charity example, I was kind but not businesslike. Thanks for sharing this talk!
That's a wise and humble thing to say. I have a feeling the best leaders are those who know what they're not so good at. Perhaps you were better than you think.
